Absolutly gorgeous. I will put this on my list of places to visit. Thanks for the information. I did a hike in Colorado (not a lot of elevation gain) at about 10,000 feet last week and was pleased to not have struggled. But 16,500 is a lot!
I used to live in Colorado, and it’s an awesome place to hike! This hike is not too long, you just have to take it slow and allow your body a few days to adjust to the region.
I will go there in July!! Thank you for sharing, I can't wait to be there!
Ah I’m excited for you! It was one of my favorite spots near Cusco 😊
I can't wait!
Wow, by my side in Brazil and I had never heard of it. Now it is on my list. Great post and tips, Ashleigh
Thank you, Mateus, I appreciate your words!

Wow, so otherworldly and just supremely gorgeous. It must have been just the best adventure.
It was like no place I’d been and the highest elevation I hiked, just spectacular 😍
Stunning pictures! Vinicunca is the only place that I really regret not having seen when I was in Cusco....
A good reason to return! Thank you for your comment 😊
